The series 5 of the programme cycle “Where to start?” will be broadcast from Friday 16 to Monday 19 October.
On the programme of this 5th and final series: the exploration of active engagement, ingenuity, civil disobedience and non-violence through the story of the Berrigan brothers, a proposal for four new chapters around the work and writings of the Sicilian activist and poet Danilo Dolci, a programme on the precarious living and working conditions of art workers in Turkey and two sound creations with hospitality as a starting point.
This series will end with a debate. Building a creative Europe means rethinking our way of being in the world and living in the world together. How do we live in it? In what relationship with living things and ecosystems? In what circulations and interactions, physical or virtual? With Bénédicte Alliot (director of the Cité internationale des Arts), Jelena Petrović (curator), Renata Salecl (philosopher), Shelly de Vito (co-founder of Moulins de Paillard) and Juan Sandoval (director of the residency programmes UNIDEE, Cittadellarte, Fondation Pistoletto).
